Can you imagine a plant growing on something that’s unusual and unheard of? We are aware that once we don’t remember to maintain our dental hygiene unsightly things could happen. People could have cavities, bleeding gums, rotten teeth, and so much more consequences for not taking care of our teeth. Plus who would want to smell your breath if you don’t brush or floss? A man in Taiwan has quite the story to tell – and it truly boggles the mind.
But this certain man had an allegedly extraordinary experience because he wasn’t keen on cleaning his mouth. YouTube channel TomoNews Philippines posts a clip about this man’s story. The narrator of the video claimed that this Taiwanese man did not brush his teeth.
One day he was feeling hungry so he ate a guava fruit. But as soon as he did, he started to experience extreme pain like the sensation felt from tooth decay or cavity problems. Eventually, the man gathered his courage and decided to go to the dentist to have the pain checked and addressed.
The dentist checked his mouth for the problem – using an X-ray to see the damage. The dentist noticed the wisdom tooth was the problem and decided to get rid of it. It was severely bothering the patient and causing discomfort. Once the dentist removed the it, what he saw on the tooth shocked him.
Reportedly, he saw that a plant sprout was growing in the tooth! A guava leaf to be exact. Nurses and other staff of the clinic came to check the tooth the dentist was holding. It was alleged that because of the dirty condition of his teeth and that there was no tooth growing under his wisdom tooth, the plant had space to grow.
The video showed the supposed real picture of the tooth and you can see that it was really black. Before the media could interview the patient, he left hurriedly because he was so embarrassed. Of course, we wouldn’t want the whole world to know that we don’t brush our teeth.
